We visited The Herb Guided Tour and loved touching the herbs. Also, the Maiko Marine Promenade offered amazing views. The rides and shows were a great time too! Staff were friendly, and the location was super convenient. If you love scenery and fun activities, this place is awesome!

However, while everything was good, I found the available dining options lacked variety compared to what I expected. We tried a Kobe-beef banquet but felt there were better choices downtown.

This place is super convenient, right above a shopping mall and next to the Shin-Kobe station! The breakfast was legit, and the staff were really friendly. But man, the rooms? Total throwback to the '80s. The shower couldn't decide if it wanted to be hot or cold, which was pretty frustrating.

The breakfast was outstanding , I had a choice of traditional Japanese or a lovely buffet which really fueled me for the day ahead. Also, the room was super spacious and clean, just enough space to lay out my suitcase without feeling cramped at all.

It wasn’t inexpensive , but honestly, for the comfort and service, I felt it was justifiable.

i had a lovely stay at crowne plaza! the room was spacious with a great view and a super comfy bed. it’s conveniently located near sannomiya and the shinkobe station, making it easy to explore the area. the staff were very helpful, and the room was clean and well-equipped with nice bath accessories.
